Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Steel Darts Pro ("the App"), a progressive web application for steel darts score tracking and practice. By using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Description of the Service

The App provides local score tracking, practice drills, statistics, and optional online features (leaderboards, online multiplayer rooms, cross-device sync). All game features are free of charge with no advertising. Optional Supporter tiers unlock cosmetic perks only — a leaderboard badge, premium theme palettes, and a custom scorecaller voice. Supporter status never changes gameplay, statistics, or access to any mode.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. If you are between 13 and 18 (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction), you represent that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed these Terms and consented to your use.

3. Your Content

You retain ownership of scores, display names, and other data you enter. By submitting data to the optional online features (e.g. leaderboard display name, game results), you grant the App a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, display, and process that data for the purpose of operating the service.

You agree not to submit display names or other content that is obscene, infringing, harassing, or otherwise illegal. We may remove any submission that violates this clause without notice.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Submit fabricated scores, forged averages, or scripted data to leaderboards or any online feature.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of the App, except where required by applicable law.
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits, App Check anti-abuse protection, or other security measures.
• Scrape, harvest, or mass-download data from the App or its Firebase backend.
• Interfere with other users' use of the App, including online multiplayer rooms.
• Use the App to distribute malware, conduct phishing, or violate any applicable law.

5. Supporter Tiers (Optional Tips)

All game features — including numeric checkout analysis ("Why-numbers"), advanced statistics, unlimited history, unlimited SRS weakness slots, and every game mode — are free for everyone, with no advertising. You are not required to pay anything to use any feature of the App. As an optional way to support development, we offer four Supporter tiers that unlock cosmetic-only perks:

• Coffee — USD 5 (one-time): leaderboard supporter badge ⭐.
• Lunch — USD 15 (one-time): badge plus premium theme palettes.
• Dinner — USD 25 (one-time): badge, premium themes, plus the ability to upload a custom scorecaller voice.
• Founder — USD 25 (one-time, Beta period only): everything above plus a permanent Founder mark and credits entry.

The following terms apply once Supporter-tier payments are enabled (Phase 2). Until then, Supporter badges, themes, and caller uploads shown in the App are non-charging previews and any "Coming soon" reservation form is explained in the Privacy Policy.

• One-time payment, not a subscription — Supporter tiers are billed once at checkout. There is no recurring charge, no auto-renewal, and no trial-to-paid conversion. Your payment method will not be billed again unless you explicitly purchase another Supporter tier.
• Price display & taxes — the tier price and any applicable taxes (Japanese consumption tax / EU-UK VAT) are shown on the checkout screen before any payment is initiated. Non-USD amounts are a rough guide at the current exchange rate; the processor's conversion at charge time is the authoritative amount.
• Payment processor — payments are handled by a third-party payment processor (Stripe). We do not receive or store full card numbers. See the Privacy Policy for what data the processor collects.
• Nature of the perks — Supporter perks are cosmetic only (badge, theme palettes, custom caller audio, credits entry). They do not change gameplay, statistics, route calculations, or access to any game feature. A Supporter has no competitive advantage over a non-Supporter.
• Refund policy — Supporter payments are non-refundable except where required by applicable consumer-protection law. Specifically:
  • EU/UK residents have a 14-day right of withdrawal under the Consumer Rights Directive (EU) / Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (UK). Because Supporter perks are delivered digitally and activate immediately at checkout, you expressly consent to performance starting during the withdrawal period and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal to the extent the perks have been made available. If you have not yet activated or used the perks, the 14-day withdrawal right applies and a full refund will be issued.
  • Japanese residents — this Service is a digital service (デジタルコンテンツ) under the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions (特定商取引法). Because delivery is instant and entirely in-app, the cooling-off (クーリング・オフ) regime for door-to-door sales does not apply. See the 特定商取引法に基づく表記 page for the mandatory disclosures (Japanese, as required by law).
  • Technical-failure refunds — if a technical malfunction attributable to us prevents activation of a paid Supporter perk for more than 72 consecutive hours, or if you are charged twice for the same tier purchase, contact us via §15 and we will issue a full refund within 14 days of confirming the issue.
• Founder tier availability — the Founder tier is offered only during the Beta period and will be retired at Phase 2 public launch. Founder credits and the permanent Founder mark are preserved indefinitely for Supporters who purchased during the Beta window.
• Promotional codes — any promotional codes or discount codes are subject to the specific terms shown with the offer (validity period, one-per-account, etc.). We may revoke promotional access if the user breaches these Terms.
• Service availability — Supporter perks (badge display, theme switching, custom caller playback) run primarily in your browser and do not require a live connection to our servers after activation. We do not offer a specific uptime guarantee for the activation endpoint; see §9 (Disclaimers) and §10 (Limitation of Liability).

The pre-launch reservation form (email capture before Supporter-tier payments open) is not itself a purchase or payment authorisation — see the Privacy Policy for what happens with that email.

6. Offline Use & Data Responsibility

The App is designed to function offline. Game data is stored in your browser's local storage. You are responsible for backing up your data via the in-app export feature. Clearing your browser storage, switching browsers, or uninstalling the PWA will remove local data. The App is not liable for lost data.

7. Third-Party Services

The App uses Firebase (Google), Google Analytics, Google Fonts, and optionally Sentry. Your use of online features is also subject to those services' terms and privacy policies (see Privacy Policy for links).

8. Intellectual Property

The App, including its code, design, route tables, and branding, is owned by the operator of Steel Darts Pro. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

9. Disclaimers

The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted operation. Checkout route suggestions are statistical guidance only; they are not a guarantee of game outcomes. The App is a practice aid, not a competition-rules arbiter.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator of the App shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or revenue, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the App. Our total liability for any claim related to the App shall not exceed JPY 1,000 or the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, whichever is greater.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the operator of the App from any claim or demand arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the App.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the App (including leaderboard participation, online rooms, and Supporter perks) at any time for violation of these Terms. Suspension for breach does not entitle the user to a refund of a previously purchased Supporter tier, except where required by applicable consumer-protection law. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it or clearing your browser data.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute shall be brought before the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance. Nothing in this clause limits mandatory consumer-protection rights you have under the law of your country of residence.

本利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、スティールダーツのスコア管理と練習を目的としたプログレッシブウェブアプリ「Steel Darts Pro」（以下「本アプリ」）のご利用条件を定めるものです。本アプリを利用することにより、本規約に同意したものとみなされます。同意されない場合は、本アプリをご利用にならないでください。

1. サービス概要

本アプリはローカルでのスコア管理・練習ドリル・統計機能、およびオプションのオンライン機能（リーダーボード、オンライン対戦、デバイス間同期）を提供します。ゲーム機能はすべて無料で、広告は一切表示されません。任意の Supporter 枠は、リーダーボードのバッジ、プレミアムテーマ、カスタムコーラー音声といった見た目だけの特典を提供します。Supporter であることがゲームプレイ・統計・モード解放に差をつけることはありません。

2. 利用資格

本アプリをご利用いただくには満13歳以上である必要があります。13歳以上18歳未満（あるいは居住国の成人年齢未満）の方は、親権者または法定代理人が本規約を確認し同意したことを表明するものとします。

3. ユーザーコンテンツ

お客様が入力したスコア・表示名・その他のデータの所有権はお客様に帰属します。オンライン機能（リーダーボード表示名、ゲーム結果など）にデータを送信することにより、本アプリの運営目的でそれらを保存・表示・処理する非独占的・世界的・無償の使用許諾を本アプリに付与するものとします。

表示名その他のコンテンツにおいて、わいせつ・侵害・嫌がらせ・その他違法な内容を投稿しないことに同意するものとします。本条項に違反する投稿は事前通知なく削除する場合があります。

4. 禁止事項

お客様は以下の行為を行わないものとします：

• 捏造スコア・偽造アベレージ・スクリプトで生成されたデータをリーダーボードやオンライン機能に投稿すること。
• 本アプリのリバースエンジニアリング、逆コンパイル、分解（適用法令で義務付けられる範囲を除く）。
• レート制限・App Check 不正対策・その他のセキュリティ機構を回避する試み。
• 本アプリまたは Firebase バックエンドからのデータの大量取得・スクレイピング。
• オンライン対戦などで他のユーザーの利用を妨害する行為。
• マルウェアの配布・フィッシング・その他違法行為への利用。

5. Supporter 枠（任意のチップ）

Why 数値（仕上げ成功率・次ターン期待値など）、深い統計（バスト傾向・ハイフィニッシュ分布）、無制限履歴、無制限 SRS 弱点登録、全ゲームモードを含むすべてのゲーム機能は全ユーザーに無料で開放されており、広告も表示されません。本アプリのいかなる機能も、利用のために支払いを必要としません。開発への任意の応援として、見た目・クレジットのみの特典を解放する Supporter 枠を 4 つ用意しています：

• Coffee — USD 5（一回払い）: リーダーボードの Supporter バッジ ⭐。
• Lunch — USD 15（一回払い）: バッジ + プレミアムテーマ配色。
• Dinner — USD 25（一回払い）: バッジ + プレミアムテーマ + カスタムコーラー音声のアップロード権。
• Founder — USD 25（一回払い、ベータ期間限定）: 上記すべて + 永久 Founder 徽章およびクレジット掲載。

Supporter 枠の決済機能が有効化された時点（Phase 2）で以下の条件が適用されます。それまでアプリ内に表示される Supporter バッジ・テーマ・コーラー機能は非課金のプレビューで、「近日公開」の予約フォームの取り扱いはプライバシーポリシーをご参照ください。

• 継続課金ではなく一回払い — Supporter 枠は決済時に 1 回だけ請求されます。自動更新・継続課金・無料トライアルから有料への切替はありません。別の Supporter 枠を改めて購入されない限り、決済手段へ再度請求されることはありません。
• 価格表示・税金 — 決済開始前に、適用される税金（日本の消費税 / EU・英国の VAT）を含む枠価格が決済画面に明示されます。米ドル以外の表示価格はあくまで目安で、請求時点の決済代行業者による換算額が正式な請求額となります。
• 決済代行業者 — 決済は第三者の決済代行業者（Stripe）が取り扱います。当方がクレジットカード番号そのものを受領・保管することはありません。決済代行業者が収集するデータの詳細はプライバシーポリシーをご参照ください。
• 特典の性質 — Supporter 特典は見た目・クレジットのみ（バッジ、テーマ配色、カスタムコーラー音声、クレジット掲載）です。ゲームプレイ・統計・ルート計算・モード解放に一切差をつけません。Supporter が非 Supporter に対して競技上の優位を得ることはありません。
• 返金方針 — Supporter 決済は、適用される消費者保護法令で求められる場合を除き返金不可です。個別の取り扱いは以下のとおりです：
  • EU・英国のお客様 — EU 消費者権利指令および英国消費者契約規則（Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013）に基づき 14 日間の撤回権が認められます。Supporter 特典はデジタルで即時有効化される性質上、撤回期間中のサービス提供開始に明示的に同意したこと、および既に有効化された特典の範囲で撤回権を失うことを承諾したとみなされます。特典をまだ一度も有効化していない場合は 14 日間の撤回権が適用され、全額返金されます。
  • 日本のお客様 — 本サービスは特定商取引法上のデジタルコンテンツに該当します。アプリ内で即時提供される性質上、訪問販売向けのクーリング・オフ制度は適用されません。法定表示は特定商取引法に基づく表記のページをご参照ください。
  • 技術的不具合に起因する返金 — 当方の責に帰すべき技術的不具合により 72 時間以上連続で購入済みの Supporter 特典を有効化できなかった場合、または同一の枠購入で二重請求が発生した場合、§15 の連絡先までご連絡ください。事実確認後 14 日以内に全額返金いたします。
• Founder 枠の提供期間 — Founder 枠はベータ期間中のみ提供され、Phase 2 一般公開時に販売終了となります。ベータ期間中に Founder 枠をご購入いただいた方のクレジット掲載および永久 Founder 徽章は期限なく保持されます。
• プロモコード — プロモーションコード・割引コードは、それぞれの告知で示される個別条件（有効期間・1 アカウント 1 回などの条件）に従うものとします。本規約違反が認められた場合、特典を取り消すことがあります。
• サービス可用性 — Supporter 特典（バッジ表示、テーマ切替、カスタムコーラー再生）は有効化後、主にブラウザ内で動作し、当方サーバーへの常時接続を必要としません。有効化エンドポイントの稼働率保証は提供しません。詳細は §9（免責事項）および §10（責任制限）をご参照ください。

ローンチ前の予約フォーム（Supporter 決済の提供開始を通知するためのメール収集）は、購入・決済承認のいずれにも該当しません。収集したメールの取り扱いはプライバシーポリシーをご参照ください。

6. オフライン利用とデータ責任

本アプリはオフライン動作するよう設計されています。ゲームデータはブラウザのローカルストレージに保存されます。アプリ内のエクスポート機能を通じたバックアップはお客様の責任で行うものとします。ブラウザストレージの消去・ブラウザ切替・PWA アンインストールにより、ローカルデータは消失します。データ消失について本アプリは責を負いません。

7. サードパーティサービス

本アプリは Firebase（Google）、Google Analytics、Google Fonts、およびオプションで Sentry を使用します。オンライン機能の利用はこれらのサービスの利用規約およびプライバシーポリシーにも従うものとします（リンクはプライバシーポリシーを参照）。

8. 知的財産権

本アプリのコード・デザイン・ルートテーブル・ブランディングを含む一切の権利は Steel Darts Pro の運営者に帰属します。お客様には、本アプリを個人的かつ非商用目的で使用する限定的・非独占的・譲渡不能・取消可能な使用許諾が付与されます。明示的に付与されていない権利はすべて留保されます。

9. 免責事項

本アプリは「現状有姿」「提供可能な状態」で提供され、明示的か黙示的かを問わず、商品性・特定目的への適合性・非侵害性・中断のない動作を含む一切の保証は行われません。チェックアウトルート推薦は統計的なガイダンスにすぎず、ゲーム結果を保証するものではありません。本アプリは練習補助ツールであり、競技規則の判定者ではありません。

10. 責任制限

法令で許容される最大限の範囲において、本アプリの運営者は、本アプリの利用（または利用不能）に起因して生じる間接的・付随的・特別・結果的・懲罰的損害、データ・利益・収益の損失について一切の責を負いません。本アプリに関連する請求に対する当方の総責任は、JPY 1,000 または当該請求の 12 ヶ月前までにお客様が当方に支払った金額のいずれか大きい額を上限とします。

11. 補償

お客様による本規約違反または本アプリの誤用に起因する一切の請求・要求について、お客様は本アプリの運営者を補償し損害を与えないことに同意します。

12. 終了

本規約違反を理由として、本アプリへのアクセス（リーダーボード参加・オンライン対戦・Supporter 特典を含む）をいつでも停止または終了することがあります。規約違反に基づく停止は、既に購入された Supporter 枠の返金請求権を発生させるものではありません（適用される消費者保護法令で求められる場合を除く）。お客様はアンインストールまたはブラウザデータ消去によりいつでも利用を終了できます。

13. 本規約の変更

本規約は随時更新される場合があります。変更内容は改訂日とともに本ページに掲載されます。変更後の継続利用は、改訂後規約への同意とみなされます。

14. 準拠法

本規約は日本法に準拠し、抵触法規に関わらず解釈されます。本規約に関連する紛争は、第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所を東京地方裁判所とします。本条項は、お客様の居住国の法令に基づく強行的消費者保護権を制限するものではありません。
